We are specialists in the sale of country properties and deal with all types of property including large & small country estates, country houses & cottages, un-modernised properties, converted barns & barns for conversion. We are also experts in giving advice regarding properties with, or with potential for, equestrian facilities. Whether a property with a single stable & paddock, or a full scale livery yard, we have the experience & expertise.
Our main area of coverage is in the Weald extending from our offices in Steyning & Henfield close to the South Downs in the South, to Horsham in the North, Hurstpierpoint & beyond to the East, & Petworth in the West.
We take considerable care in preparing fully colour illustrated and detailed property particulars, to include extensive quality photographs, floor plans and, where appropriate site & location plans. Bespoke laminated brochures are available on request.
An extensive marketing campaign will encompass comprehensive internet coverage through our website and the principal property websites, Rightmove & Primelocation, combined with advertising & editorials in the local & regional press which can include in the West Sussex County Times, the Mid Sussex Times & Sussex Life Magazine, together as appropriate and with consultation with the client, in relevant regional & national publications which may potentially include Country Life, Horse & Hound, The Times and Telegraph newspapers, South East Farmer & Farmers Weekly. As a result we have a very strong applicant base with enquiries from a wide range of buyers, both nationally & internationally.
AGRICULTURAL AGENCY & VALUATION
An area where we have expert knowledge & are able to provide specialist advice to owners & occupiers of farms, land & smallholdings including advice on any property with an Agricultural Occupancy Condition.
We handle the sale & letting of all agricultural properties ranging from those with an acre or two to those with hundreds of acres. As well as this, we undertake valuations & negotiations for all tax purposes, family transfer, compulsory purchase, probate, tenant right compensation, dilapidations & other related matters.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
All vendors of residential properties are legally required to have An EPC for their property and we can recommend a range of EPC providing companies. Please contact us for further information.
