We are specialists in the sale of country properties and have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with all types of property including large and small country estates, country houses and cottages, unmodernised properties, converted barns and barns for conversion.

We cover a broad area extending from our offices in Steyning and Henfield, close to the South Downs in the South, to Horsham and to the North, Hurstpierpoint and beyond to the East and Petworth and beyond in the West.

We offer a very personal service and endeavour to accompany all viewings. Incorporating the latest technology we take considerable care in producing high quality marketing material including fully colour illustrated and detailed property particulars, to include external and internal photographs as well as, where possible, a site plan and floor plan. In many instances we recommend producing a printed colour brochure, which greatly enhances a property's profile.

We are pro-active in our marketing and incorporate extensive local, regional and national advertising within our marketing strategy, this also includes our association with the Carter Jonas London Link and gives further access to the London and National market. We advertise regularly in the West Sussex County Times, the West Sussex Gazette and Chichester Observer, the Mid Sussex Times & Citizen and Sussex Life Magazine locally; and Country Life, Horse & Hound, The Times and Telegraph newspapers nationally. As a result we have a strong applicant base with enquiries from a wide range of buyers.
