RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS
We offer a comprehensive lettings service for both town & country properties. Our competitive fee package includes extensive marketing with internet coverage through our website and the principal property websites, Rightmove & Primelocation, combined with advertising & editorials in the local & regional press which can include in the West Sussex County Times & the Mid Sussex Times, coupled with detailed letting particulars, full reference appraisals on prospective tenants, preparing Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements & detailed Inventories & Records of Condition. We hold tenants’ security deposits under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme & our membership of the Dispute Service Ltd. We have a strong applicant base with enquiries from a wide range of prospective tenants.

We can also undertake full management of a property, a service which is particularly valuable to overseas or absent landlords.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
All landlords are legally required to have an EPC for their property and we can recommend a range of EPC providing companies. Please contact us for further information.
