This includes extensive marketing with detailed lettings particulars, a competitive fee package, reference appraisals on prospective tenants, preparing Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements and detailed inventories & records of condition with photographs. We have a strong applicant base with enquiries from a wide range of prospective tenants.

In addition we are happy to undertake full management of a property, a service which is particularly valuable to overseas or absentee landlords.
