The partners of the firm, David Marshall & Rowan Allan, are both Chartered Surveyors & Fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, carrying out valuations of residential, agricultural & commercial property for Probate, Inheritance & Capital Gains Taxes, family division & transfer. We can also advise on tenancy & management related matters for agricultural/rural & commercial properties.

We also offer advice on planning matters ranging from advising on the possibility of a single building plot within an existing garden, to the conversion of barns & former agricultural buildings to residential or commercial uses & also larger scale development opportunities that incorporate multiple units, as well as applications for Certificates of Lawfulness for non compliance with Agricultural Occupancy Conditions.
