We provide valuations and expert advice to homeowners and business people on capital gains and inheritance tax, probate, family division, boundary disputes and many other aspects of property ownership.

As Chartered Surveyors we are bound by a code of conduct that demands the highest degree of professionalism and provides a framework of business ethics that we support and adhere to.

The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, of which David Marshall and Rowan Allan are fellows, enables us to provide professional advice with valuation expertise and act on matters affecting the countryside. We are also members of the National Association of Estate Agents which is the principal professional body representing residential estate agents in the UK.

Commercial
We act for both Landlords and Tenants in the aquisition and disposal of a variety of commercial premises, including both freehold and leasehold shops and offices. We also provide valuations, including rental, and negotiate rent reviews on behalf of clients.

Planning
In conjunction with our planning consultants we are regularly asked to provide advice on planning matters. This ranges from advising on the possibility of a single building plot within an existing garden, to the conversion of barns and former agricultural buildings to residential or commercial uses and also larger scale development opportunities that incorporate multiple units. We can also advise on the long-term potential of strategic areas.
