Rowan Allan BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
A partner of the firm, a chartered surveyor and graduate of the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and Reading University as well as a fellow of the CAAV, Rowan joined H J Burt in 1993. He specialises in country & agricultural work dealing with the valuation and sale of farms, country houses and equestrian properties and advising on properties and land with development potential. He also heads the firm’s letting division.

Matthew Cattell DipSurvPract CPEA FNAEA
Matthew joined H.J. Burt in 2009 to run Town & Village sales at Steyning with Christina. Having extensive residential sales experience and local knowledge after working for an independent firm of agents for 12 years, Matthew is also training to be a surveyor, undertaking a BSc in Building Surveying. He also holds a Diploma in Surveying Practice and is a Fellow of the NAEA.
